Returns

  1. Returns Due to Change of Mind (Will Not Accept Returns): We do not accept returns due to a change of mind since most of the items we sell are customized to the customer's size and need.

  2. Damaged Items In-transit: If an item is damaged during transit, we will happily accept returns and cover the return shipping charges. A request to return the damaged item(s) must be received within 2 days of item receipt. Delivery Terms

  2. Transit Time Internationally: International orders are generally in transit for 4–22 business days. The actual transit time may vary significantly depending on the local courier responsible for delivering the order to your doorstep.

  3. Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of payment. Our tailors operate from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the store might be closed. In such instances, we take steps to minimize shipment delays.

  4. Change of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, we can accommodate the change as long as it is requested before the order has been dispatched.

  5. Military Address Shipping: We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services cannot be used for this service.

  6. Items Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to become available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await the arrival of the out-of-stock item.

  7. Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation and provide you with further assistance.
